Peter, you've provided some truly valuable health information here. Anyone who's truly serious about improving their health shouldn't hesitate to read your guide.

I have to say your book really did make me think about my health (something I never really thought about at all before - I figured I'd wait until I got old to worry about stuff like that).

I'll be completely honest, I haven't implemented all of your advice. In fact, I've only made a few tiny changes as recommended in your guide. And I was very surprised that even my half-hearted efforts have been rewarded.

Here are a few of the real results I've been getting over the past couple weeks: I don't feel as sluggish and tired throughout the day (I used to always feel like taking a nap in the middle of the afternoon), I sleep much better - (I've been told I don't talk in my sleep anymore - or toss and turn so much), I think more clearly and I have an easier time remembering things.

I'm confident that if I can see those kind of changes, then someone who's really serious and follows your health plan will probably have huge life changing results.

A new level of understanding

Overall impression is that it is obviously excellent and of all the literature I have read on this subject in all honesty this has to be the one that makes most sense to me and the one I would feel most comfortable in applying.

It gives great simple education on the very things needed to know to understand the whole process and why it is done this way

Overall it is great for giving people enough (and the best) knowledge and empowering them to do it themselves correctly and not just "hooking" into some kit.

The biggest thing that stands out for me is that the book conveys very clearly that colon cleansing is a continuous state if you like, and not just a short process that so many market it as - I always had this idea from obviously incorrect literature that colon cleansing was this "course you do" and then your body will inevitably return back to a toxic state over time in which you would then complete another course - and so the cycle continues. With this understanding was the idea that only herbs or other "interventions" are what provided the cleansing, not so much that they are actually a helping hand if needed or a kick start if you like. The whole process and where everything fits has never been brought together for me like you have done it. This is going to give everyone a complete understanding of what colon cleansing actually really is and also what it is not, along with how to correctly achieve it. All I have seen before is diet being a support to a herb detox and not the other way around as you have shown (a vital difference).

So the book has brought me to a new level of understanding of colon cleansing and with that knowledge you can quite easily establish that the other crude teachings that are often sold with the kits or found on various websites are inaccurate, inefficient etc.......

As I knew you would, you have laid it out straight and plain in an easy to understand format and language without confusing the lay person with medical terminology, and I haven't seen anything in my searching on the topic that really compares. But as I said that is expected as I am familiar with your teaching methods and depth of knowledge, and passion for helping others with their health especially through empowering them with knowledge.

The other thing that stands out is the knowledge base on the digestive system, body detox paths, enzymes, probiotics etc that is taught and laid out as a foundation for understanding why, what, how, where and when etc... for it all. It is thorough and sound of course, and is essential as you very well know, so every one is empowered with the knowledge and not just simply told or directed "do this, do that" like so many are. - I love it!

The activities are a must, and I believe these will be particularly useful for every reader because it helps to encourage people into action and it can really give them a wake up call on some aspects of their life. Things seems to hit you more when you collate your own data and then go, gees I didn't think it was that bad.

I hope the people who read this book appreciate the effort you have gone to and the concern you have for their health. They will not find any other source quite as valuable and accurate as your book. I certainly appreciate the knowledge you have given and continue to give me and I am very grateful for it.

Colon Cleansing, hmm, now this can be a sensitive subject. But it is an important topic and we need to be addressing this in a more serious manner for each of us. Dr. Tylee's book, "Safe Colon Cleansing, Your Good Health Guide" really opened my eyes. I now have a lot stronger educated view on why I have been feeling so crappy (sorry for the low class word, but this best explains it) for the last several years.

His book (both volumes) is very well written. Almost like a textbook, but much easier to understand. The chapter on how the entire digestive system works was very enlightening. I have a much better understanding of what goes on every day inside my intestinal track that I was previously unaware of. It really opened my eyes to what I do every day that adds to my unhealthy lifestyle.

Not only did I discover how I have been poisoning myself through my western style diet, but also the toxins I expose myself to every day around my home and environment. Not only does Dr. Tylee educate about the many harmful toxins we expose ourselves to every day, he gives an extensive plan as to how we can cleanse our way back to health.

Volume 2, written by his wife, the other Dr. Tylee, is chock full of an extensive list of toxin cleansing, healthy recipes. I couldn't even begin to count the number and diversity of the recipes in this volume. Again, there is also a plan guide to help in creating a healthy diet and eating lifestyle. These two volumes sure have me looking at food commercials in a different way now!

"Safe Colon cleansing, Your Good Health Guide" is not for everyone. If you already live healthy and toxin free (which I am sure is a small percentage of us) or you don't have the time or inclination to change your daily lifestyle for vast health improvement, don't waste your time. In the long run though, you will spend more on medical problems, you will continue to feel less than in peak health and your years as a living individual on this planet will become drastically shortened. If, though, you want to find out why you don't feel so good and what you can do about it, I highly recommend you obtain this two-volume set. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Worth ten times the price

I don't know where to begin. I have already made so many little improvements I've lost count and overall I feel fantastic!

Strange things I've noticed that even other people have commented on include an improvement in my hearing. My head feels far less congested, and I didn't even realise before that it was congested! I also have much more energy, just like you said I would. That's very handy with a new baby.

Although I thought I could see the value in your books, I admit that when I purchased I was reassured by the guarantee. In Australian dollars it cost me just on $95 and I thought, oh well, at least I don't have to pay expensive shipping.

It's amazing, because I can already say it has been worth ten times the price. I just can't imagine raising a family without having this guide.
